We have a separate club website and forum that members need to register to access. Is there a method that I can cc the webmaster into “new member” emails so he can set them up ?

There’s a couple of ways.
1. Assuming your Webmaster is on the committee, then as long as he has a minimum of ‘Membership’ access then he’ll be copied in on your monthly email report.
2. If your webmaster has the right capabilities, you could access the Crossmember API which could allow your website/forum to automate the setup of new members and remove lapsed members.
