Can the database denote who are the Club Officers, and also if the Club is a limited company, who are directors.

Can the database hold a list of other clubs to which the members belong?

Hi John,

Yes, you can configure who the club officers, directors, committee members – or whatever you wish to call them. The label that you give them is under your control. You can allocate members to positions, remove them from the positions and all the history is retained … so questions like “who was the chairman 5 years ago?” could be answered.

I was not currently thinking of having a list of other clubs that the members belong to. Can you tell me why this is useful then I’ll understand where you’re coming from.
