How do I access the information like "method paid", "Cheque number" etc.

I have a member who appears to have paid twice – at least I have him listed as “renewed” and today I’ve received another cheque… I’d like to check what note was put on the file when he renewed for the first time ?

Hi Gene,
From the member’s membership record, on the right hand side below the map is the membership history. Just click on the ‘History’ button to expand the section of all previous payments.
