Exported membership detail

Hi,
I understand that you can provide an Excel template for importing and populating existing members to the Crossmember system. I am at this stage unclear about what back-up facilities and data retrieval there is built into the system. Also what happens if the system should crash or suffer from any other kind of catastrophe – especially, is there a facility to export the full membership database back into Excel, or to store the data set locally?

Hi Robin,

Yes, on the Reports page there is the option to “Backup”. This will download the members and vehicles to Excel so that you can always have your data.
Additionally, the club’s database is backed up daily. If there’s a catastrophe then I’ll have the backups to get it back up and running.
