For new members it would be handy if the “activity” download included “Region” related data so that the “welcome” letter could say who the new members local rep is etc ?

I rather like that idea, thank you. It will need a little more complex logic in your mail merge to cater for those cases where there is no regional rep in place. I’ll add it to the list.

The rep name field says something about no one being in place, it would be acceptable to repeat that in the “new member” welcome letter I think ?
