    Hi Brian,

    Do you have an idea of the contractual side of life, Terms and Conditions etc ? As discussed, the area of Data Protection will also be key to a number of our members so formal statements on conforming to DP regulations and the like ?

    Hi Gene,
    It’s been on my mind a lot lately that I need to start to formalise the service in proper language – including Data Protection. The design that I’ve come up with will go along way to reducing the risks, but you also need certain undertakings from me. Once I get the demo site up and working I’ll start to put pen to paper on that one. I’ve been non-stop on the design/build/test for so long now I think I could do with a different intellectual break 🙂
