Regions

Most clubs separate the UK up into areas where they allocate a local organiser. Whether these are split up geographically, by county or however there needs to be a method that can be automated and determined by the members address.

We use the Postcode.

There are 124 Postcode areas in the UK, each identified by the first one or two letters of the postcode. This make it ideal for automatic regional separation.

But what about other locations around the world? Well we cater for these on a country by country basis as generally members are in far fewer numbers.

How does CrossMember deal with regions?

By automatically knowing the region that a member is assigned to, members can be emailed on joining with their local organisers contact details.

For use of the CrossMember system, All regional organisers can have access to CrossMember – but they will only be able to access members within their region – It’s all controlled by user access levels.

Finally, on the last stage of the tour, let’s take a look at some of the reports.
