Edit the Membership Record

As we said before, clicking on the ‘Edit’ button will open a pop-up form just for that element of the member you want to edit. Here are Deane Haag’s family members in the edit form.

An easy to use pop-up form. Click the ‘drop down list’ at the top with the family members name to change to a different family member or to add a new one. The number of family members is configurable for your club

All edit forms look like this one, keeping the screen layout uncluttered and easy to use. When you click the ‘Save’ button, the pop-up form disappears and the changes are instantly made to the membership record.

Let’s have a look at one more. This time we’ll show the ‘Club Duty’ edit form. This is where you can allocate a member to a committee position or to a regional organiser role.

A list of all current club duties at the top. Beside each duty is a ‘Del’ button to remove the duty from the member. At the bottom is the Add new Duty section with drop down lists that allow you to allocate pre-defined duties or regions to the member.

Having just mentioned Regions, let’s take a closer look at Regions
